At Osara & Co, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details.

  • Please note that during peak periods or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

U.S. Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

International Orders:

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

  • Customs and import taxes may apply. Osara & Co is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link.
If tracking isn’t updating, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan and update your package status.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@osara-co.com and we’ll help you investigate the issue.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately within 12 hours at contact@osara-co.com.
After that window, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be made in time.
